beachside is a 3 bedroom art deco house with the enviable position of having direct access onto the golden sands of the blue flag carbis bay beach. fully equipped for up to 6 people, it is ideal for family holidays or just relaxing and watching the sea. We are pet friendly so bring your best friend with you*.

Entered via the dining area, the conservatory has a large picture window with unhindered views across the beach and St Ives Bay.

With glass infinity balustrade. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and a glass of wine in luxury. Sit and relax while the children can play safely on the beach.
Living Room
Large living/dining room with flat-screen 40" combi TV/DVD, recordable Freesat TV and internet access for On Demand. Unlimited Infinity Broadband. That is, if you get bored of the sea views!
Dining Area
Glass-topped contemporary table seats six. Concert-pitch upright piano for the pianists among you to entertain. Play it again, Sam!
Kitchen
Dishwasher, microwave, American Style fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, granite worktops, gas hob, electric oven, Gaggia coffee machine, door to patio, and, of course, views over beach!
Master Bedroom
King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, large flat-screen 3D TV, guest safe, and seafront balcony. Get up in the morning, pull back the curtains and enjoy the sun rise over Godrevy.

Beach-hut themed twin bedroom.
Shower room
Shower room with large shower enclosure, toilet and basin. Also includes large cupboard, and separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
Our parking space can take most size cars, always reverse in and then pull forward. From the parking area there are 35 steps down to the house. The alternative is to use the Beach Car Park to unload and enter via the gate and level walkway. (photos below)
* There is a seasonal dog ban on Carbis Bay beach from the Sunday before Easter until 1st October when dogs are only permitted between 5am and 8am.
